I was so fortunate to have found the Country Braid House and to have the opportunity to work with you.  From our first phone call in February to the completion of our gorgeous rug in late May, the process was seamless.    Initially I knew I wanted a braided rug for my home, but the details needed a bit of work.  I was impressed with the amount of time you spent on the phone with me discussing the design choices, the wool samples and the logistics of the whole project.  The very informative written information sent to me after our first phone call, in addition to the comprehensive wool sample sheet, were excellent and made it very easy for me to pinpoint exactly what kind of a rug I wanted.  With several more phone conversations and the resulting computer-generated rug design choices, I was confident that it was possible to remotely design and create a beautiful custom braided rug.   And I was right!
